The Electrical Engineering Department declares its role to the development of globally competitive Professional Electrical Engineers equipped with proper knowledge, technical skills, and values that will contribute to national development.

VISION

The Electrical Engineering Department is envisioned to be the provider of Electrical Engineers, and to become the premiere school with the best undergraduate program equipped with modern laboratory facility for research, computational method, and experimentation.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

1. To provide the students with in-depth understanding of fundamental knowledge and principles, including rigorous analysis, problem solving and creative design so as to prepare them to pass the professional board examination and enhance competitiveness in job market.

2. To provide the best laboratory facilities for instruction and research, and exceptional faculty to enhance the school’s productivity and effectiveness on producing research output.

3. To develop faculty members by providing technical training, active involvement in professional organization, and participation in national and international conventions and conferences.

4. To develop research teamwork and communication skills through constructive interaction and cooperation between students, faculty, staff, industry and community.

5. To provide the students an industry internship program and participate actively in community service applying technical principles and non-technical skills in preparation for a productive professional careers.
