This issue of UE Today is dedicated in loving memory of Chairman of the Board and CEO P. O. Domingo, who passed away on June 26, 2008, at age 83. The front cover shows the Chairman in a 2005 photo by Enterprise magazine. The back cover shows the releasing of white balloons at the UE-Tan Yan Kee Garden—with the attendees gathered around the P.
