Admission

The criteria, policies and procedures of selecting applicants and accepting new students are done on a per college basis. Each college has its set of requirements in accepting students; however, all applicants may pass through the Registrar’s Office to inquire and obtain the general list of requirements and application forms. Further details on the admission policies and requirements can be viewed in the particular webpage of the colleges.

General admission requirements include:

• Certified true copy of Form 138/ Transcript of Records
• Certification of graduation signed by the authorized school officer and with the official school seal
• Birth certificate with registry number
• Three 2” x 2” photos

Applicants may log on to the particular college where he or she intended to apply for more details and for the additional requirements for admission to such college.

In all cases, the applicant must be physically and mentally fit, of good moral character, and willing and able to fulfill his or her financial obligation with the school. The school reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant who fails to meet the set standards and particular requirements set by each college, and also for reasons such as lack of moral fitness, limitation of school facilities and other matters contrary to the mission and vision of the Medical Center.

Transferees are accepted on a case-to-case basis as approved by the College Deans and in some particular cases may require the approval of the School President.
