The UE Office of the Director for the Department of
Administrative Services-Manila needs an Electro-Mechanical Engineer with the following qualifications:

Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer and
an Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree holder
At least 5 years’ experience in facility management, building maintenance or a related field
Strong knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems
Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards in construction for an academic setup
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Effective communication and report-writing skills.
