UE Upperclassmen Enrollment Begins

Online enrollment for incoming UE college upperclassmen of the Manila and Caloocan campuses of school year 2020-2021 begins this Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at 12:01 a.m. (Online enrollment for incoming transferees, degree-holders and cross-registrants will begin on July 30, 2020.)

Please be guided by these steps to enrolling:

Step 1: Go to UE’s Online Registration System via https://www.ue.edu.ph/iEnroll/login.html.

Step 2: Log in using your student number and access code.

(If you cannot sign in because of issues such as “See the Dean,” “See the Guidance Counsellor,” please see the guidelines from the UE Guidance, Counseling and Career Services Office/GCCSO here: https://www.facebook.com/…/pb.1145763285…/3240940169291580/…. If it might be due to issues with your access code or an inactive student number for foreign students or other enrollment issues, please send an email to either ienroll,mla@ue.edu.ph (if your campus is UE Manila) or ienroll.cal@ue.edu.ph (if your campus is UE Caloocan) with your name, student number, course/degree program, and the nature of the problem.)

Step 3: Choose the course/s (or subject/s) to enroll and save. Take a screenshot of your chosen course/s (or subject/s) for your reference.

Step 4: Select payment scheme (i.e., full payment or installment).

Step 5. Proceed to making your tuition (down)payment. There are three options: PNB over-the-counter, GCash or BancNet ATM or BancNet Online. (Please see the guide here: https://www.ue.edu.ph/manila/main.html….)

Step 6: Send proof of payment or deposit information—with your full name and student number—to finance@ue.edu.ph for the validation of your official receipt.

Step 7: Check your UE Student Portal account to confirm your enrollment details.

Online enrollment for incoming UE college and Graduate School students will be ongoing up to August 5, 2020, which will be the first day of UE’s online college and GS classes. Flexible learning options will be utilized. More on this in an upcoming post.

Thank you and take care, Warriors.
