Harbord (left photo) and (right photo) UE CFA Dean Celino Santiago (in white) presenting a certificate of appreciation to Archt. Harbord. Also in photo are UE Marketing Coordinator Edith Romero (in red UE jacket), and UE architecture lecturers Archt. Art Barroca (foreground) and Archt. Leo Mamaraldo.
