UE Caloocan to hold lecture on technological innovations

The University of the East College of Business Administration (UE CBA) – Caloocan will conduct a free public lecture, dubbed “R & D, Technological Innovations: Key to Competitive Advantage”, with its own Dean, Dr. Rogelio Paglomotan, as lecturer, on Tuesday, April 23, at 9 a.m., at the Multipurpose Hall 1, College of Engineering Bldg., UE Caloocan Campus.

Dr. Paglomotan is an economist who formerly worked with the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) and the Center for Research and Communication (now known as University of Asia & the Pacific) where he grounded on research work on economic development and corporate issues. He was also a member of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the Universidad de los Andes in Santiago City, Chile and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology International University (Australian school) in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

His free lecture will also tackle the importance of innovation in a competitive global and local environment, vis-à-vis the small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
