UE Alumna is Most Outstanding Nutrition-Dietetics Student for 2017


Ms. Patricia Louise C. Cajipe, an April 2017 graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics of the UE College of Education, was hailed as the Most Outstanding Nutrition and Dietetics Student for 2017 by the Philippine Association for Nutrition (PAN).

She will be awarded during the 2017 PAN Anniversary and Convention on July 14, 2017, at the Novotel Manila Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City.

Ms. Cajipe was the President of the Philippine Association of Nutrition-Sigma Chi Chapter for SY 2016-2017. She also served as PAN’s Internal Vice President for the previous school year.

She was also a University Scholar and a University President Scholar at various times during her stay in UE. She was also awarded with the EDUKatalinuhan Award (for having the highest GWA among the graduating students of the UE College of Education for SY 2016-2017), the EDUKagalingan Award (for student leadership) and the EDUKasipagan Award during EDUKarangalan, UE CEduc’s own recognition program.

The Most Outstanding Nutrition and Dietetics Student honor is conferred on a nutrition and dietetics student with good scholastic standing and is an active member of the PAN chapter of her school.

Ms. Cajipe’s recognition as PAN Most Outstanding Nutrition-Dietetics student is the first in UE’s history. Previously, UE CEduc had yielded five Outstanding ND students in the last seven years.
