Officers and students of the UE College of Business Administration-Manila took active part in Experience NKUST Camp 2018, an international activity organized by National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology’s (NKUST) Office of International Affairs, held on November 24 to December 1, 2018, in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

UE’s NKUST Camp 2018 participants were joined by fellow Philippine constituents of four other schools, namely DLSU, FEU Manila, FEU Tech and UP.

UE CBA Manila Dean Veronica N. Elizalde and the ECOSOC Adviser and College Secretary, Prof. Ofelia R. Nilo, accompanied five students of the College’s Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Economics, program, namely Owen Cada, Ma. Eloisa M. Gongon, Kobe Requilman, Charlotte Sto. Domingo and Khyle Ty to the meet.

The NKUST Camp was aimed at showcasing research output and the development of Taiwan’s education sector, widen the participants’ understanding of the Chinese language and culture through immersion, increase appreciation and understanding, as well as enhance relations among teachers and students of Philippine universities and NKUST.

NKUST is a leading research-oriented technological university in Southern Taiwan. It is the largest state technological university in Taiwan after the merger of the top three technological universities: National Kaohsiung University of Applied Science, National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology and the National Kaohsiung Marine University.
