Bagtas Jr., a 1994 UE CFA graduate who went on to become a faculty member of the College in the 1990s and became, among others, concurrently an Executive Committee member on Visual Arts of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and Board of Directors member of the Art Association of the Philippines (AAP).
