UE Pamaskong Handog on Both Campuses All Set

The UE community will be having its annual Pamaskong Handog gift-giving activity this week. The UE Manila Pamaskong Handog will be this Tuesday, December 17, 2019, 10 a.m., at the Dalupan Lobby, while UE Caloocan’s is on Wednesday, December 18, 9 a.m., at the Multipurpose Hall 3 at the Dr. Lucio C. Tan Building.

This year’s Pamaskong Handog will have select students of the UE Basic Education Departments of both UE Manila and UE Caloocan as beneficiaries.

The UE Basic Ed. Department-Manila beneficiaries will be composed of Kindergarten to Grade 1 students, and Elementary students who performed during the lighting of the Christmas Tree last November 20, and those who performed in the presentation of “Deck the Mall” on December 16, including members of the UE Sunbeams Choir and the Harmony Chorale.

The Pamaskong Handog beneficiaries in UE Caloocan will be composed of Kindergarten to Grade 3 students of the UE Basic Education Department-Caloocan.

The attendees and recipients will also be treated to performances by the UE Silanganan Dance Troupe and the UE Elementary Rhythmic Dance Troupe as well as games and an appearance by the Jollibee mascot.

This year’s Pamaskong Handog is a project of the UE Office of Extension and Community Outreach-National Training Service Program and the UE Basic Education Departments of both campuses. Through this yearly gift-giving event, the University of the East aims to echo UE’s overall Christmas 2019 theme of celebrating the birth of Jesus by spreading cheer and goodwill.

Cheers, Pamaskong Handog organizers, gift-givers and gift receivers!
