UE Offers Online Summer Classes for 2020

In support of the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) being implemented by the government aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19, the University will offer online classes for Summer 2020 for the UE colleges and Graduate School. Registration will be online as well.

Indicated below are relevant dates and the detailed online registration and payment procedures for Summer 2020.

The UE Summer 2020 Schedule (College and Graduate School):

Online Registration: May 20 to June 10, 2020
Opening of Online Summer Classes: June 8, 2020
Midterm Examination Day: June 25, 2020
Final Examination Day: July 15, 2020
Deadline for Encoding & Posting of Final Grades: July 21, 2020

 

The UE Summer 2020 Schedule Grades 11-12 (SHS)

Online Registration: May 20 to June 10, 2020
Opening of Online Summer Classes: June 10, 2020
Midterm Examination Day: June 26, 2020
Final Examination Day: July 15, 2020
Deadline for Encoding & Posting of Final Grades: July 21, 2020

 

Online registration procedure for Summer 2020 classes:

Step 1: Go to UE’s Online Registration System via https://www.ue.edu.ph/iEnroll/login.html.

Step 2: Log in using your student number and access code. (If you cannot sign in because of issues—such as “See the Dean,” “See the Guidance Counsellor,” “See the Principal/Assistant Principal,” issues on your access codes or inactive student number for foreign students—please email ienroll@ue.edu.ph with your name, student number, course/degree program or SHS year level and track/strand, and the nature of the problem.)

Step 3: Choose the course/s (or subject/s) to enroll and save. Take a screenshot of your chosen course/s (or subject/s) for your reference.

Step 4: Select payment scheme (i.e., full payment or installment).

Step 5: Proceed to payment. There are three options: PNB over-the-counter, GCash or Bancnet ATM or Bancnet online. (More on this below.)

Step 6: Send proof of payment or deposit information to finance@ue.edu.ph for the preparation of your official receipt.

Note: The printing of registration forms shall be done on campus.

The payment options and corresponding instructions:

Option 1: PNB over-the-counter

1. At PNB, fill out a Bills Payment slip with University of the East as the Company Name, your UE student number as your Reference Number, and your full name (or the student’s name) as the Payor Name.

2. Proceed to the teller to process the payment and ask for the blue duplicate.

3. Scan or take a picture of the duplicate, with the bank validation print visible, and email it to finance@ue.edu.ph.

Option 2: GCash

1. After logging in to your GCash account, select Pay Bills, then select School, then click on UE.

2. Input your 11-digit UE student number as the Account Number.

3. Input the amount to be paid, then click on Next and Confirm.

4. Take a screenshot of your successful GCash transaction and email a copy to finance@ue.edu.ph, attention to Ms. Eva Pozon or Ms. Lyka Manlapas.

Option 3: Bancnet ATM or BancNet Online

1. Log in to your BancNet Online Banking account.

2. Select Pay Bills or Bills Payment as the transaction, drop down the list of Billers and select University of the East or UE in the list.

3. Input your 11-digit UE student number as the Account Number,

4. Input the amount to be paid, then click on Next or Proceed to confirm.

5. Take a screenshot of your successful transaction and email a copy to finance@ue.edu.ph, attention to Ms. Eva Pozon or Ms. Lyka Manlapas.

For payment options not covered by those three options, please email finance@ue.edu.ph for a step-by-step guide.

Please note that the validation of your official receipt may take longer than usual due to the ongoing ECQ. And please keep a copy of your proof of payment for future reference.

For the validation of the registration of non-paying students (e.g., scholars, student-athletes, etc.), please email an image copy/file of your pre-enrollment form (PEF) to kristine.teopengco@ue.edu.ph or gisselle.roque@ue.edu.ph (for Manila) or ma.teresita.ibanez@ue.edu.ph or joy.castillo@ue.edu.ph (for Caloocan).
