In line with the University’s Register, Education, Decide (RED) campaign for voter registration for the 2022 national elections, please check out the “Youth Vote” webinar set for this afternoon, July 14, 2021, starting at 2 p.m.!
The proceedings will be live-streamed by the UE Manila-University Student Council Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/UEUSC) and shared here in real time.
This momentous and informative webinar is jointly organized by the University of East’s Manila and Caloocan Campuses and the UE Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center Inc. (UERMMMCI) in cooperation with the Jose W. Diokno Foundation, with the main speakers hailing from the Foundation named after the late Filipino nationalist, lawyer, and statesman who is also renowned as the Father of Human Rights Advocacy in the Philippines.
The webinar will be an effective way to be enlightened, especially for new voters within and beyond the UE community, on the reasons to register to become voters, as well as matters relative to voting and the elections and how important it is to exercise our precious right to suffrage. Your participation will have impact immeasurably on our nation’s and our individual and collective tomorrows, so let’s take part!
The University extends special thanks to the University Student Council (USC) of UE Manila, the Central Student Council (CSC) of UE Caloocan, and the respective, participating College Student Councils of UERMMMCI and of UE Manila and UE Caloocan for their cooperation and hard work in making this webinar a reality!
