On behalf of the Office of the UE Caloocan Chancellor and the UE Department of Human Resources and Development (DHRD), please be informed that the City Health Department of Caloocan City will be conducting a vaccination program at UE Caloocan this Saturday, October 8, 2022, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for all age groups.
This program will administer first-dose and second-dose vaccination, and first and second booster shots.
Interested UE students, faculty members, employees and their immediate family members must email their personal details to <dhrd@ue.edu.ph> on or before 4 p.m. of Thursday, October 6, 2022, to confirm the number of vaccinees that will be provided to the City Health Department of Caloocan:

3. Contact Number
