The College of Arts and Sciences of UE Caloocan started as an extension unit of the CAS of UE Manila in 1980. It became a separate college when the UE Caloocan Campus became academically autonomous.
Dr. Juanito C. Diaz was the first of CAS-Caloocan. He was followed by Dr. Julieta B. Samonte. Later on, CAS-Manila Dean Carmelita S. Flores acted as concurrent Dean of CAS-Caloocan, until Dr. Corazon G. Esclabanan took over, followed Eleanor R. Javier, Dr. Julian Abuso, Dr. Crizol A. Bruza and Dr. Jean C Tayag, Dr. Tayag is the current Dean of CAS-Caloocan.
The UE-College of Arts and Sciences offers the following programs:

Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Major in Mathematics
The CAS-Caloocan also serves as the service college of UE Caloocan Campus. It provides General Education courses for the College of Business Administration, College of Engineering and College of Fina Arts, Architecture and Design.
