Web-based/Online Enrollment for Incoming Grade 11 Students and College Freshmen

  • Step 1. Go to the UE Online Application for Admission: www.ue.edu.ph/onlineadmission then click update “Personal Information” in Step 2: Enrollment at the right column (if you are using a laptop or desktop computer) or at the lower half of the page (if you are using a mobile phone). Or in the UE website  www.ue.edu.ph, click the Admissions tab then click “Enroll online”.|
  • Step 2. Log in using your reference number and last name. (If you forget your reference number, click on “Forgot my reference number” and follow the procedures).
  • Step 3. Upload your credentials for enrollment. (For college freshmen applicants who are UE senior high school graduates or for Grade 11 applicants who are UE junior high school completers: No need to upload your credentials; proceed directly to Step 4.)

 

COLLEGE FRESHMEN
  • Grade 12 report card / Form 138
  • Latest certification of good moral character
  • PSA-issued birth certificate
  • If applicable: Certificate of Academic Rank for Overall Rank 1 and Rank 2 with at least 50 graduates in their batch

 

Grade 11 Enrollment Requirements
  • Grade 10 report card / Form 138
  • Latest certification of good moral character
  • PSA-issued birth certificate
  • Certification of completion or copy of diploma
  • Certificate of Learner Reference Number (LRN), if applicable
  • ESC/QVR certificate, if applicable
  • If applicable: Certificate of Academic Rank for Overall Rank 1 and Rank 2 with at least 50 graduates in their batch

 

  • Step 4. Choose your class schedule: morning or afternoon. For incoming UE college freshmen, please choose your National Service Training Program (NSTP) schedule as well. (Class schedules are subject to the availability of slots and are on a first-come-first-served basis.)

  • Step 5. Select your tuition payment scheme (i.e., full payment/”cash” or installment).
  • Step 6. Check your email inbox soon for instructions on submitting your original enrollment requirements to the UE Admissions Office (i.e., in person through an adult proxy or via courier).
  • Step 7. Check your email inbox for your pre-enrollment form (PEF) then print your PEF. (If the enrollment requirements are submitted on campus via an adult proxy, a printed PEF will be provided.)
  • Step 8. Proceed to tuition payment through these options: PNB over-the-counter, GCash, BancNet ATM, credit card or at the UE cashier’s window on campus. (On-campus payments can be made on non-holiday Mondays to Fridays, 8 a.m. to 12 noon or 1 to 4 p.m.)
  • Step 9. For off-campus payments, promptly send your proof of payment or deposit information to finance@ue.edu.ph for the validation of your payment within one to two working days (i.e., not counting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after emailing your proof of payment.
  • Step 10: Once you are enrolled, you can download a copy of your UE registration form at //www.ue.edu.ph/iEnroll/login.html. To log in, fill up your complete details (Student Number, Access Code and Birthday) and click the Download Registration Form button located at the bottom of the page.
  • Step 11. Check for the UE Admissions Office’s email on how to start accessing your UEmail address and Canvas account and about the start of your classes.
