Transferees and Returnees| Non-resident Foreign Students| For Senior High School

Admission to any of the Basic Education courses specifically the Regular High School program of the University shall be selective and shall be correlative with the retention policy of the University

. As a rule, no applicant may be admitted to and registered in the University unless he/she have satisfied all the prescribed requirements/credentials and qualifying factors laid down by the University Academic council.

The University of the East Elementary and High School Department admits applicants from Kinder to Grade 12. The process and requirements of admission depends on the classification of students as indicated below:


For New Students

  New students should submit the following requirements together with the application form to the Principal's Office.


  1. Original and photocopy of NSO-authenticated Birth Certificate
  2. Four pieces “1x1” recent ID photo
  3. Additional Requirements as specified below:

c2. For Incoming Grade 1

c3. For Incoming Freshmen

For Regular Program


For Science-Based Program


c4. For Transferees and Returnees


c5. For Non-resident Foreign Students

Requirements shall be the same as that of freshmen or transferees but additional Government Requirements specified below shall also be submitted:


c6. For Senior High School (Grade 11 and 12)

  - Basic Ed Department
