Pre-admission Procedure

  • Proceed to the Admissions Office for the Online Application for Admission. (Applicants may also
    apply for admission online at https://apps.ue.edu.ph/onlineadmission)
  • Step 2. Upload your 2” x 2” photo with a white background and one of the following, where applicable:

    For COLLEGE:
    • For Grade 12 graduates: Grade 12 report card
    • For graduates of Non-Formal Education: PEPT/ALS rating
    • For current Grade 12 students: Grade 11 report card
    • For college transferees: Transcript of records or Certification of grades
    • For degree holders: Transcript of records
    • For cross-enrollees: Permit to cross-enroll

    For SHS:
    • For Grade 10 completers: Grade 10 report card
    • For graduates of Non-Formal Education: PEPT/ALS rating
    • For current Grade 10 students: Grade 9 report card
    • For Grade 12 transferees: Grade 11 report card

  • Step 3. COPY/TAKE A SCREENSHOT of your reference number as you will use this later on.
  • Step 4. Pay for the application fee at the Finance Department.
  • Step 5. Present your receipt of payment at the UE Admissions Office to know the status of your application and the schedule of your enrollment.

Important Notes

  • CET results are released immediately after the test.
  • Freshmen applicants for the next school year may take the CET starting August.

 

Freshmen

  1. Submit the original copy of the prescribed admission requirements at the Admissions Office

  2. Secure Registration Form at the Admissions Office

  3. Pay school fees at the Finance Department

  4. Proceed to the Student Affairs Office (SAO) for the processing of Identification Card (ID) and for instructions regarding the school uniform

Transferees

As a University policy, the University of the East accepts transferees provided they completely comply with the prescribed documents and other requirements specific to the college where they intend to pursue a degree.

  1. Submit the original copy of the prescribed admission requirements at the Admissions Office

  2. Proceed to the Dean’s Office of the college where the applicant intends to pursue a course for interview and for evaluation of credentials

  3. Submit at the Admissions Office the endorsement of the College Dean for issuance of the Notice of Admission (NOA)

  4. Proceed to the Office of the College Dean for the Pre-Enrollment Form (PEF)

  5. Accomplish properly the PEF. (Please refer to the Bulletin Boards for the schedule of subjects)

  6. Proceed to the Registration Area for advising and encoding of subjects

  7. Secure the Registration Form at the IT Department (or the designated printing area).

  8. Pay school fees at the Finance Department

Degree Holders

  1. Submit the original copy of the prescribed admission requirements at the Admissions Office

Cross-Registrants

  1. Present at the Admissions Office the original copy of Cross Enrollment Permit issued by the registrar of the school where the student is duly enrolled

  2. Verify from the college that offers the subjects to be enrolled if the said subjects are still available

  3. Go back to the Admissions Office for the issuance of Notice of Admission (NOA)

  4. Proceed to the Office of the College Dean for the Pre-Enrollment Form (PEF)

  5. Accomplish properly the PEF. (Please refer to the Bulletin Boards for the schedule of subjects)

  6. Proceed to the Registration Area for advising and encoding of subjects

  7. Secure the Registration Form at the IT Department (or the designated printing area).

  8. Pay school fees at the Finance Department

  9. Proceed to the Student Affairs Office (SAO) for the processing of IdentificationCard (ID) and for instructions regarding school uniforms
