Central Student Council President and CAS’ very own BS Psychology student, Ms. Antonia Q. Buyser, has been named the Grand Prize Winner (Joint Grand Prize Winner) in an international competition organized by the United Nations Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Asia and the Pacific (UNRCPD).
Ms. Buyserโs short film/animation entry titled โTHE IMMORTAL GAMEโ was selected as a Grand Prize Winner across Asia in the Short Film/Animation Category of the Bangkok Treaty Youth Multimedia Arts Competition.
Toni is now invited to represent the University of the East at the Commemorative Event and Youth Arts Exhibition for the 30th Anniversary of the Bangkok Treaty, to be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 15 to 17 December 2025. The three-day programme will include the awards ceremony, youth arts exhibition, skills-building workshops, cultural exchange activities, and engagements with young leaders and experts from across the region. The UNRCPD and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand will also facilitate all her travel and accommodation arrangements.
