Admission Requirements

 

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program

ADMISSION QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Senior High School Graduate of the STEM strand under the Academic Track or Transferee/Degree Holder of allied health sciences for the Regular DMD Curriculum
  2. Senior High School Graduate of a non-STEM strand under the Academic Track or Transferee/Degree holder of non-allied health sciences for the DMD Bridging Curriculum
  3. Passed the Dentistry Qualifying Examination

 

Entrance Credentials:

  1. Original Form 138/Form 137 for Senior High School Graduates
  2. Transcript of Records and Diploma for Degree Holders
  3. Transcript of Records for Transferees
  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character 
  5. PSA-issued Birth Certificate
  6. Accomplished Application Form for Admission with two (2) copies of 2” x 2” pictures attached

 

Guidelines:

  1. SHS Graduates of STEM and non-STEM Academic Track strands must meet a Grade 12 average grade of 85 or better
  2. Transferees from allied and non-allied health/medical sciences must not have a failing grade in more than two (2) academic courses
  3. Crediting of courses taken from another school by degree holders or transferees may apply, subject to evaluation by the College of Dentistry Admission Committee.
