ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduate of a duly recognized local or foreign medical or dental school.
2. Licensed dental practitioner in their country of origin.
3. Original transcript of records and 4 photocopies.
4. Diploma and 4 photocopies.
5. Certificate of good moral character from the school dean and faculty member where the applicant graduated.
6. Letter of intent to enter the MS Dentistry Program and resume.
7. Four 2×2 recent color photos. P1,000.00 application fee
8. International-student applicants must have undertaken the International English Language Testing System’s (IELTS) academic test for English language proficiency with “5 = Modest” as the remark received after taking the test.
9. One-time and non-refundable payment of Foreign Dental Student Fee (FDSF) which is not included in the University’s school fees.

Additional requirements for foreign students:

1. Alien certificate of Registration (ACR) from the Bureau of Immigration.
2. Certificate of financial capability
3. $200 Application fee.

Applicants should pass the entrance exam and personal interview.
