Bachelor of Science in Legal Management (BSLM) at the University of the East, through the UE College of Arts and Sciences-Manila, is an interdisciplinary program that integrates legal education with business management principles. Its curriculum prepares students for law school or careers in various sectors such as business, government, and public administration. The program encompasses business law, taxation, labor law, criminal law, and legal research, alongside management, economics, and communication courses.
UE BSLM students develop dynamic argumentation, writing, and problem-solving skills with a strong foundational legal knowledge before taking up Juris Doctor (formerly Bachelor of Laws).
Moreover, UE BS Legal Management enhances skills in both legal and business disciplines, making students adaptable to various industries and better equipped to make decisions that balance legal compliance with social responsibility.
Students also have the opportunity to be members of its recognized student organization, the UE Lex Societas Orientis (LEXSO). LEXSO was established in 2011 and is the premier and home organization of Legal Management majors in UE Manila.
