Congratulations are in order for the UE College of Engineering-Manila and -Caloocan for their respective performances, through their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering graduates, in the February 20-22, 2024 licensure examination for aspiring mechanical engineers!
The University produced a total of 24 new Warrior Mechanical Engineers. Nine out of 10 UE CEng’g Manila graduates, all first-time examinees, passed the exam, making for a 90.00% passing percentage, Meanwhile, 15 out 20 UE CEng’g Caloocan graduates passed the exam—12 out of 14 (85.71%) of them first-timers, and three out of six (50%) of them repeaters—resulting in a 75.00% passing percentage.
The UE CEng’g passing rates are both higher than the national passing rate of 66.02%!
The new UE-honed MEs are among the 4,458 (out of 6,753) hopefuls who successfully hurdled the licensure examination for prospective MEs that was administered by the Professional Regulation Commission across the nation on the said three dates.
