The University of the East has proven once again to be one of the country’s top universities!
This is via EduRank.org, an international, independent organization with a metric-based ranking of 14,131 universities from 183 countries (https://edurank.org/).
Per EduRank’s findings and resulting ranking as of March 2, 2025, UE is now in the Top 10—at 9th Place—list of best universities in Manila and the 20th-best in the Philippines!
EduRank further places UE as the 5,985th out of 14,131 universities in its global 2025 rating, and 2,213th out of 5,830 in Asia, scoring in 38 research topics. This UE ranking “is based on three factors: research output [EduRank’s index has 606 academic publications and 25,248 citations attributed to the university], non-academic reputation, and the impact of 41 notable alumni.”
Also internationally, EduRank places UE at 2,839th of 4,268 in regard to Math teachers; 3,147th out of 6,622 for Sociology; 4,120th out of 6,845 for Computer Science; 1,105th out of 7,918 for Alumni Impact; and 9,865 out of 14,131 for Non-academic Prominence.
